Sliced by his tongue,
Parted by the comb of his
Fingertips.
                             
                        As  the pretty ripe pinkish red
                        Tenderness teases him tauntly. 

     

              As he sink his teeth in me,
              The juices run,
              So tempted,
              Too complete the mission
              Of quenching his thirst.

                                        I love him,
                                        And all his descendant
                                        Taste bud kinfolks.

Searching down the aisles of me,
Just searching for the right watermelon
In the super market of his mind.

   

                                      Patients wearing thin huh?
                                      The aggravation is multiply by ten I gather
                                      Picking up oranges but damn!
                                      Their not juicy enough.


And the strawberry juices
Don’t make you slurp enough,
Baby I know
And I am apologizing
For being so agonizing
Too your situation.

                            But I am the only antidote that cures your hunger need,
                            I am that watermelon you married,
                            Do you remember me?
