I put words on paper
thoughts of how I feel
and yet they seem
to not be enough
I don’t know how
to say it any better
then how
I have said it before
You are my world
my ever-lasting love
no words can ever say
how much I truly love you
But with each day
that comes and goes
I will try to say
with every breath that I have….
I love you!!

ooh.. i really like this. especially loved the first two stanzas. they seem to provide a deeper perspective of your feelings than the ending half. but of course, it IS about the last half that you establish in the first half.
and yet i feel that you could have tweaked the ending a bit more. it brings forth your true feelings, yes, but at the same time, for poetry, it seems to be clichéd.
but still, pretty. and i like your use of green instead of the usual red. green is after all the colour of the heart chakra (as visualised during meditation).
