I've said my number is eight
But I think a more important one is
Four.
Each number is important in every way:
One: means strength in being himself.
Two: means musical with stealth.
Three: means artistic in his own way.
Four: means dramatically talented in every way.
All four are special to me.
Four...every one of them I'm proud to be
called their sister.
It's not just any number,
but it's four BROTHERS
who are to exciting for slumber.
Each one's love, on me, smothers.
They make me laugh
and show they care.
So take the number eight
and cut it in half,
now you've got a perfect number,
well, maybe I do.
And I will always love them the same.
Author notes
I have four brothers, three of which live in the midwest while I live in AZ. One of them still lives at home but works a lot. Anyway, I'm dedicating this poem to them and I know it doesn't have the most wonderful flow.
