Finally arriving to the day
where dreams meet reality,
you are by my side.
Easing my worries,
just like in kindergarten.
You're always there
to calm my fears,
mend my broken heart,
as well as my clothes.
Guiding me through life
even though I make mistakes.
You are still present in my mind

for all that you do
but especially for the person
you are.

Aww this was deeply hearfelt and tugs at my heartstrings. I feel the same way about my mom, as I'm sure many daughters out there do too and can relate. This was a beautiful write & i'm sure your mom will be proud
