This wasn't supposed to
be like this

Me married and so unhappy
you barely more than a child
despite your age
experience speaks more than
years
The most unlikely of friends
but close none the less
I find your voice refreshing
your company divine
you make me laugh
and blush and smile
many things I haven't done
in quite a while
As we grow closer
you play games
I fell hard for you
and you push me away
but don't want to lose your friend
unable to be honest
games again
I am heartbroken
you don't know what
to do
tears fall constantly
for me
your life blossoms
with love and new life
as you marry your girl
and become a daddy too
Time heals all wounds
or so they say
I'm glad our friendship live through it
how I will never know

wow raw emotion, pain so real. but just remember they say it is better to have loved than to never of loved at all. and even though your love didn't last it is apparent that you loved deeply! and being able to remain friends is rare. cheerish what ever you have.

Sounded doomed from the very begining..WOW... but if friendship is real, it is always able to be salvaged.
