Good morale boost for your friend Maureen, well written and full of love and understanding. Would that I had many friends like this.
Thanks for commenting on Panhandler darlin, but so sorry about your friend. I think maybe her case was rare as most panhandlers are drunks and not up to any such attacks in more ways than one. However the streets are full of mauraders also, which probably attacked her. We call them 'muggers'. Loveya, jean -

This is lovely maureen is a great person im sure i havent yet talked to her but im sure we will cross paths sooner or later and when we do just from judgin from this poem i will be glad that i met her im sure of it. great job and keep writting always
