Awakened

5:30 a.m.
        I hear a noise and awake with a start.
       
          Where is that noise coming from?
       
                  Damn cat.

6:00 a.m.
        Why am I still awake?

          Three days of being awakened at the same time.

                Damn clock.

7:00 a.m.
        What the hell is that light.

            One thing after the other I can't seem to go to sleep.
 
                  Damn phone.

7:10 a.m. 
          My husband should be home.
 
                Time to start my day once again.

                  Damn sleep.       
                      Or lack of...
