The clouds we see are a mere facade
Encasing a grand castle in the sky
A wave of her hand and a breath from her lips
Bestows rainstorms their emerald eyes
Which bring to us heavenly showers
Precious rains cover far and wide
Though once they encounter a sadness
They convey a message through ocean sighs
Thus summoning her from the castle above
She readily dives into the tides
Then emerges from within the kiss of a wave
Upon where sea and earth collide
Her footsteps are soft like a distant thunder
Tranquility glows in her eyes
Emanating a wish upon all who believe
For serenity to fall from their skies...

Wow. This is JUST what I was needing right now. Something so peaceful, serene, and beautiful. Especially something about the ocean.
And, you know.. I sometimes like to imagine that there's a kingdom above the clouds.. and I've always loved rain. So, yes.. just the perfect poem for me. Thank you for penning such eloquence. ♥
