Sorry it has taken so long to read this one. This is a excellent way to get those words out that you have been thinking. I am so proud of you for seeing this in you. I also know that this must have been painful for you to write. In order to change we must see our mistakes, & let it go. I know this is hard to do. But you have taken the first step towards it.
