Our Rainbow Where the Pollen Of Heavens Flowers Blow

We live upon a planet together as one,
we have one moon and we have one sun.
The two things shared by all this day,
for no one has harnessed it along the way.

Our rainbows so beautifully displayed,
holds the pollen of the flowers from heaven in such a way .
A vision short lived yet a promise to us all,
their is a place in heaven where flowers are wall to wall.

It has bright yellow blooms and greens and gold,
the bluest blue so vividly shown.
There are the collection of the pollens strewn across the sky,
for the promise from God no one can deny.

Each child holds that rainbow in their smile,
for how you teach them tells a story all the while.
Will their be harmony or will there be tears ,
our love shown adds color to all their years.

Our living rainbows can make humanity shine,
given as a gift for us to raise in time.
If the child is neglected and harmed along the way,
their rainbow is battered and abused losing its shine they say.

If so then know if the family doesn't care ,
reach out to that child and make him or her aware .
Love is near and there is a safe place indeed,
never leave a child alone in the land of the giants to feed.

For it's the broken rainbows who inflict harm,

they feel hollow and unwanted and have lost their childlike charm.

Be the one to help them be the one who cares,

and in time that little rainbows love you will forever share.

Author notes

What a world we have become with our children having chidlren seeing no wrong. For they cant see the reason for staying the child for as long as they can for from age four they were pushed to grow up again and again .
So often the young people have childhood memories of fear not ones of baby dolls and birthday parties every year .Lost and afraid of the land of the giants who cares not today for the little rainbow fading away .

    SO HEARTFELT!!!!

We do tend to forget our children especially in todays society. Everything seems to be moving at a such terrific fast pace these days. Children are not noticed and do not feel loved or appreciated anymore. What we have lost we need to find again so our children can once again learn and feel happiness and love. 's

    My favorite verse:
'Each child holds that rainbow in their smile,
for how you teach them tells a story all the while.
Will their be harmony or will there be tears ,
our love shown adds color to all their years. '

the last verse is touching and sad
we see it all the time, as foster parents...
