In a perfect world,
I'd never know what it was like to feel empty at your word being broken.
I'd always have the confidence in knowing that what you said, you meant.
Within that, I'd never doubt, never run, never hide and never cry out in anger at the thought of FEELING broken, let alone having word broken over my head and heart time after time.
In a perfect world,
I'd never be alone, never sleep alone and never eat alone.
I'd never drive to the school, to the church, to the mailbox and to Wal-Mart alone. I'd have someone to shop for, I'd have someone to cook for and I'd have someone to worry about in a physical manifestation.
The sex?
Please. That's easy. In fact it's TOO easy.
That's the problem, in a not-so-perfect world, we rely on sex to escape the fact that the world isn't perfect and isn't what we want it to be and we resort to words of vulgarity, pornographic fulfillment and physical gratification to escape the fact that we are not in a perfect world.
I guess it's perfectly imperfected...
