Angels hear your whispered tears,
a friend alone to face her fears.
Feel the soft wind, warmth of sun,
her heart heavy, her world undone.
Prayers said for friend in need,
a true blessing to many indeed.
Lord send angel with golden wings,
lift her spirits and make her sing.
Lighten her heavy heart this day,
let prayers carry her sorrow away.
Let pain be gone and give her hope,
send angels of mercy to help her cope.
Strong in faith, she will not wavier,
with all her heart loves our Savior.
On this day Lord, we ask your grace,
let Theresa feel your healing embrace.

How lovely, to send a prayer for a friend, so simple, yet, so many things asked for to help lift a heart, make a smile and assure them. God in his grace can touch a life and move the direction their emotion is going. Bless you and your friend in countenance to God's will.

Good morning Dan. Thank you for this very nice comment on Theresa's poem. God does bring us in and out of those lives of friends who need us. Sometimes they stay a little while and a few stay forever. If I can touch someone's life each day then I have done what God expects of me. Helping friends has a way of helping us forget about our own pain and sorrow. Your comments always put me in deep thought.
