There's a difference between
being broken and being damaged.
There's a sparkle in the girl's smile
knowing she's not beyond repair.
And
There's a twinkle in the boy's tears,
knowing he's going to have to fake it again.
The crash and clash of colours
are just promises between friends
"Stay together forever"
or "until you leave again."
Hugs and kisses are so much more real
when he's not on his kness to mean it.
Her lies mean shes seeing stars
as he calls her babydoll
with a hole in the head.
Scream because they can't hear
you when you whisper.

I like the sentiments here, they are very beautiful and I definately agree with your first 2 lines and liked them. However the choice of where to put the line breaks seemed awkward somewhat, or just a little scatty. The feeling comes across though.
