Her hand seized my heart
As it skipped
Like stones across the water
My knees buckled and gave
While my face flushed
My draining energy
Out of my soul
But I wasn't there
My face blended
And my body bled
Into the racing colors of humanity
In helpless remorse
I suffered through her slow exit
Back out of my life
Devoured by villainous obscurity
In that moment
Of divine opportunity
And stigmatic compunction
I failed to bring an
End to the Heartache
Author notes
the fourth in the 'rose' series. this was written after having seen Rosemary at an amusement park, or rather, somebody who looked exactly like her, i never got to really know but it conjured up this piece.

okay, we've learnt that you must stop going to amusement parks then!!! sheesh!
you're almost begging with these sessions for Rose!
your feelings are penned here in fine ink that is written in your blood - stop before you have no more to give!
