watching you across
the bar, my stares betraying
me as I try to hide,
scared and shy
once more. Each stolen
glance takes my breath away,
your astounding beauty
sucking the air
right from my lungs,
and the smoke
doesn't help.
I would drown myself
just to see you happy.

INTENSE!
Wow! That was intense!! For a short little poem its got spunk kid! If you want you can enter another poem, since it is a 2 entry max contest, to improve chances of winning. Try a newly written poem this time. My contest is hard to match to a prewritten one... I ALSO LOVE NEW MATERIAL!! Try the next one about what kinda stuff you would do for me if i was your girl...
