Practically ancient this boy fits the mold
Stunningly handsome eyes as bright as stars
His pale skin shines in the bright moonlight
There once was a time he was both young and old
Now his broken heart shivers out in the cold
This sad lonely boy has a story untold
Waiting inside him
Of a love long ago
He'll live forever in a world of shadows

i wrote this while thinking about a character in a book i'm writing. he's a vampire over 150 years old, stuck in the body of a 17 year old boy.
