Your coldest touch is better than the hole left in your absence,
though I know my presence has only caused more confusion
and destruction when the goal was your joy.
I sank into oblivion and lost the way to the sun,
where I left anything I could bring to you for happiness.
I will miss you always,
but shall rest better as long as i know you found yourself.
Perhaps one day you will forgive me,
but for now, forget,
because nothing is permanent.
