Everybody says I have a lose screw,
cause of the things I do.
But it's like a light switch I'm out of control ,
and I'm apt to do most anything for a show.
Dance in walmarts with my basket
as though at a fancy ball,
Follow close behind a person
and UN nerve them till they run off.
Talk like a hick person right out of the sticks,
and have a good laugh at the looks I get .
When I'm feeling down I go to a fancy store,
and pull out my credit card
as though I was serious for sure.
Try on everything then reply
it's just not my style ,
and say good day to y'all and give them
a big blacked out tooth smile .
Oh life can be fun for everyone is so stiff today,
they have all forgotten how to enjoy
themselves along the way.
Give them something to talk about
and often a real life smile,
and in the doing find life is worthwhile .
When I start letting my thoughts pull me down,
on goes the switch and I start being a clown.
Brings people to life and believe me I often share,
bring life back into the picture and make them aware.
Ive been known to growl at people
at the fruit counter at times,
and recite poetry at the store
when I'm at the end of the line .
Get down on the floor
and play with the toys with the kids ,
and Ive heard many whisper
that broads flipped her lid .
The world is my playground every day ,
I have such fun finding my own way.
Say hello to a perfect stranger
and even call her dear,
and act as though Ive known her for years.
And it's amazing how they will go along with me ,
then say you take care now Hun and come see.

People are too stiff today get out there and be yourself dont hold back .Put on clothes in a store you would never ever wear and get a kick on how people stare . Make your day one of laughter and fun its your day its your life so leave that switch on

Sometimes it pays to be crazy and have a riot (as in a fun riot, not beating people up in the street and setting fire to things)

What a great poem, so much fun and a great message too. The heck with pc (political correctness) you are right, people are too uptight and stiff, be a child, life is too short and there is too much real sorrow to waste time passing judgment. You go girl!
