Fulfilled Nightmares

Missing image
Darkness elopes,
to run with the sun.
Shadows and light
now become one.

Merging all dreams
and fanciful flights.
With darkest illusions
and horrors of night.

Unmasked and unbound
torment is here.
To bleed within flesh,
and fill you with fear.

Reality's cleaved,
compounded to grey.
Delusions now reign
deceptions betray.

Waves of madness
now wholly instilled.
Leaving you twisted
your destiny fulfilled.

Insanity and nightmares
all rolled into one.
Smirking I leave,
my work here is done.

  • Again, another freaking sweet piece from you! The way you rhyme things, it is very simple, but with you it never reads child-like in any way. Another absoultely fantastic dark piece. You're one of my favorite writers hands down, awesome work

Wow, a wonderful write! Who knew when darkness and light merge that darkness would stand out, anyway!
Totally intense making the reader surprised at each stanza especially the ending having the perfect, subtle touch ^^
    Cheers, it's a great write! n.n

The flow and rhyme is absolutely flawless. You have portrayed a stunning piece of work AGAIN! This is really deep and intense. The very first stamza sets the mood and tone right then and there! Only to be followed by stanza after stanza of perfection. It is dark and somewhat tainted with that deep passion for the inkown! You have a way of putting your stamp on a poem... and this is no exception to that!

Keep it up. I am glad you decided to take part in this contest, simply because you have earned the right at some points!!
