In the town of march
Where it is said
Only the dead reside
Newcomers come
Though a golden arch
In the town of march
To start out life a new
They soon find out
There is no doubt
They can come, but never leave
The blood runs cold
In the young and the old
It’s a site they can’t believe
One by one they join the dead
These newcomers all will die
All bye torture
The people of march apply
Yes in the town of march
The realtor will invite you in
He’ll show you land
With a building plan
Or a house to live within
But don’t you be fooled
When he says
What he has is a steal
In the town march
Were everything looks surreal
Stay away from this town
They ‘re dieing to have you stray
Through the golden arch
Of the town of march
Down by misery bay

A depressing subject handled very well. Congrats on a well written poem.

hey the thing i loved most about this poem is it remindes me of a part in the HBO show Carnivale. Where they go into this town and find out all the townspeople are dead. That and it tells a story. You did remarkable at this poem. Great job keep it up.
