Wondrous mysteries forever out there for one to wonder
If only I could reach my hand out and hold in my hand the mysteries
Forever awstruck by what my mind chooses to perceive
So distant out there, yet in my heart close in reach
To me the many things out there are forever an endless dream
With the stars being like an everlasting river heading down a beautiful stream
How I wonder if the Universe has more to teach me
And how one day in the distant future it might a possibility
To become part of that dream, and make it my reality
Wondrous mysteries, how you open up many questions i would like to know
The forms and shapes you take out in the starry night sky
SO beautiful as I lie down on this green earth and watch them and cry
So small yet you set larger bounderies
Making your wonders light up my soul and like a bird with wings, set my soul free
One day I will be able to see
All your Wondrous mysteries

Wow!!
This is one of the best poems I've read about this topic!
[ Not an exaggeration ]
Possibly my favorite in the contest so far.
Great take on the subject, and beautiful diction.
I love it!
