Like water in a glass, I look through the other side
A window with an alternate reality; what do you see?
The beautiful body of yours in which I yearn to touch
Vibrant and loving while on the border of fantasy and reality
Unlike my love, which is full of substance; yet you ignore
This makes me wonder...can you even see me?

I think you have written a piece that most people can relate to—how often have any of us felt invisible, waiting for someone we adore to notice that we do adore them? I think that may happen a lot, actually.
Thank you for sharing your talent with me in this contest.

this one is interesting...could it be that maybe they're not ignoring it? maybe they're trying to live with the reality instead of the alternative...maybe they know you love them and appreciate it, but can't return the love for you for some reason. i'm sure they can see you. i'm sure.
great write once again...short with a powerful ending
