When life gets you down far into a hole
Its then time you just to drop, stop and role!
And when you hit the bottom of the hole full of poo
Remember: when the going gets tough, the tough get Sharcu!

When you’re covered in filth and slime and muck
Just be appreciative you aren’t a trash truck:
For a trash truck is always filthy and stinky
When you’re sad, just sit down and eat a Twinkie!

So just laugh out loud and roll on the floor
Be at least glad that your name ain’t Al Gore!
