Nothing in the world would've prepared me for this,
But i knew it was going to happen.
My rogue nature would cause me to be fretting now,
A future that is threatened by one lone person.
I cannot be dragged down father than i am now.
I'm set in my ways and you cannot change that.
I do my work and like a good little worker,
i do what i am told.
You seemingly want to keep me there for an eternity,
I have other plans that you want to derail.
Sorry but no, i will not let that happen.
I'm not going to take back a plan i've already had set into motion.
Something has to give in this fight,
You and your obssesssion trying to control my schooling,
Or my job that was only a temporary anyways.
I know for sure that its NOT going to be my dream of going to college.
Your going to have to give in into my one and only demand,
I want less time at work so i can persue my dreams,
That's all i ask.
Its now your choice to work with me or against me.

this is a fight with my boss of my new (and first) job as to my hours at work. i wanna go part time so i can start getting things ready for my schooling in aug. she wants to keep me on full time and work me all possible hours she can since i'm 18.
do you think its far? does she have a point or do i? or is there something we're both missing? you be the deciding factor on that.

So many times the bottom line is money for the Boss's pockets or someone higher up. They care not of dreams that others may have. If you hired on knowing the hours you agreed to, you made your choice then. If your path is true and leads you to your purpose of learning your life lessons, the Universe will find a way to bring your dreams come true. Develop a graditude book thanking the Universe that these things have already occurred and your goals will come to you. May you be Blessed sharon

Wow what a wonderful write I love the back and forth dialoge between you and your boss. I feel you must do what you need and want too. I think your boss is being very demanding and needs to compromise. But that is just my opinion. Wonderful write thanks for sharing and good luck with school in Aug.
