Lets loosen up
the air around us.
Bring down the facades
men and woman
hide behind too often.
There is love to be had
for each of us. Love
to be made in a way
that is smooth and easy.
Innocence had already
passed from our lives.
We have lived and learned
felt the heavy heart
of failed love fall upon us.
But, now we are consummate
knowing both sides of the spectrum
in the heaven and hell of love and lost love.
It is time to give in to what we need.
Take the chance to touch
What we dream for in the night.
Let's loosen up the air around us
and with wisdom and freedom
allow ourselves to fall in love.
