Dear Jesus, I cry out for you right now
touch Kelle with your gentle loving hand
caress her with your tenderness today
giving her strength and guidance in every way
wipe her tears and ease her pain
letting her realize that you are beside her
holding her, hugging her and keeping her
safely in your loving arms.
Her stregth is all but gone and her hope
lord, you say if we have the faith of a grain
of mustard seed that we can move mountains. So move
this mountain for her, move her in such a way
that she wakes up and realizes that she is not in pain
touch her with your powerful hand, and touch her dear brother
you have her son with you, now move upon her family
I ask Jesus that you take the cancer from her brother and
heal him like you have healed the blind and the lepers
Jesus but most of all ler her faith heal, let her not question
you work but help her through her grief. the pain in her heart
is uncompromising and I ask now that you let her see that you needed
another Angel in glory.
Be with her through her journey and help her stand
I pray this in Jesus' sweet name... Amen
Author notes
I have never lost a child so I do not know that pain but over Easter I lost my father in law and then slowly watched my mother in law pass away from Liver Cancer a mere seventeen days later. I took care of her and watched her drop down to a mere 89 pounds. I am here if you ever need me. My prayers are with you.

Thank You
This felt so warm and touching. Thank you for the beautiful prayer, oh I so needed it right now for I just got home from being with my brother for hours. I'm so tired and yes I need the Lord to help me stand. Thank you again it was a very beautiful and comforting prayer poem. Thank you for entering and best of luck in the contest.
Many Blessings
Much Love
Kelle Marie

I understand when I took care of my mother in law. I think I may have gotten fifteen minutes of sleep in a night then went to work eight and a half hours. It was like a whirlwind of deaths for us. we lost my father in law and then my mother in law. I know sorrow. I am sorry for you loss. the loss of your son and I am sorry for your trials. I will be praying for you and your family.
