Frenetic pounding of thoughts
Rushing through my head
At break-neck speeds that are
Much too fast for measurement
The world has a caffeine induced
Sharpnes and clarity that only I
Can fully register because of my
Hightened awareness and perceptions
My keys pound the keyboard on my lap
At a pace not quite humanly possible
Creative surges of energy fill me
As I churn out pages and pages of poetry
With an intensity bordering on mania

Hey! You're the only one thusfar to actually utilize that phrase, you get mega brownie points...
I love the word frenetic too, One Up! You've been typing so fast I suppose I can forgive a spelling error "sharpnes". No biggie! I make some gross ones from time to thyme. XD kidding.
