One strikes down carnal desires; lust
If not with a wife, you are guilty
If not with love, you're as good as dead
To self discipline one self is true trickery
As you tell your mind to stop; STOP
You subconsciously pussyfoot around the rule; the sin
Greed is the underlying cause; this greed is sexual
You WILL be condemned
Banished for your actions
Exiled for your betrayal
Forgiveness has no room for you in it's soul
The ones you have used to quench your thirst
Will also be punished; forsaken from this place
As you have raped and forced yourself upon
And consensually fornicated; affairs
Neither is worse that the other
You will be damaged for your twisted hormones
One way or another
May the sin of wrath afflict upon you
To avenge those you have hurt
To repay those lives you've destroyed
To bring justice...to the ones who loved you

Hey I saw this contest and decided to write immediately. I was stuck between lust and wrath but decided to go with lust, as it allowed me to write easier. I am not religious in the least of the sense...but this contest attracted me. I find my piece to be very condemning; like a judge talking down to a prisoner. I just wrote and I hope you guys enjoy this piece! It is very different from the rest of my work.

this one is very powerful...i like the personification of forgiveness
Forgiveness has no room for you in it's soul
and just the overall "or else" feeling you get from it
To avenge those you have hurt
To repay those lives you've destroyed
To bring justice...to the one's who loved you
it applies to so many different situations...you never realize how much lust is out there; but i guess feeling lustful and acting on that lust are two very different things.
