You were the shining light

You took away the fright.
You made me compliment myself
When it was way to hard to take
You made face myself
When my selfish tears created a lake
While I was waging war on myself
You tried to stop the fight.
I dont know what would have happened
If you hadnt been there that night.
I owe to you my life
Every moment I live
It is all due to you
And the love you still give
You saved me from the gun
Took it from my hand
Put an end to everything
An end to the end Id planned
Every moment your gone
Back into the darkness I slip
Then your light returns
And causes my life to flip.
