The cracks in the world's epicentre,
the lost ship sent out to the sea.
The space craft that lost it's track,
you can blame it all on me.
The war that blares in Afghanistan,
the fierce and bitter controversy.
Don't forget Iraq's deep turmoil,
just blame that all on me.
The hungry children in Africa,
who have nothing left to eat.
The dirty water they intake,
might as well blame it on me.
The children and wives beaten,
painted a tainted, darkened blue.
The cries you can hear around us,
blame me, as it can't be you.
You may as well blame me for,
all the tribulations of the earth.
For I am big enough to take it,
for all that my word is worth.
So blame me for viscious volcanoes
and elusive, destructive earthquakes.
Just push the blame on anyone else,
it's a price that I'm willing to take.
So you might as well blame it on me,
so you don't have to deal with the agro.
The way humanity would gladly pass blame,
onto those who nurture it the most.
