    not bad im not one for rhyming poetry i like the overall message to this i wish poetry could change the world but i feel like that in this age its getting harder and harder for art to impact much. we can always dream though. i have a pet peve for poems with the word "poetry" in them.

    This is quite the hymn Well, I'm not sure you meant it that way, but it sort of sounds like one to me. It has some nice/powerful images and a steady rhythm.
