The Best

I give in totally to trust
in Father of the Heavens high above
and not one hint of fear remains.
I am deserving of this goodness
wrapped in kindness and friendship
and I believe that now with all my heart.
As planets revolved
and windchimes blew music of the spheres
two hands brushed and touched
and two companion souls bowed introduction
Softened loving hearts
opened now to endless possibilities
beat a comforting rhythm.

    You know, this seemed to run out of steam just as it was getting going. A bit like me until I get a 2nd mouthful of vino rosso.

    PS The background makes this v. hard to read

    Lovely Sentiments....

    and thoughts of truth! I think that perhaps a bit of rephrasing & some more punctuation might make this piece pop out more. I'll send you some suggestions when I have the time. Meanwhile I can see your page & heart are filled with 'The Best' & I applaud that!

    Inspiring poem about God's goodness and provision of a life partner. I love the comforting lines in this piece, especially "Wrapped in kindness and friendship" and "beat a comforting rhythm." So lovely. Just what I need right now.
