Please, come into my honest fair tent
all you kind souls that are heaven sent.
Here where your kindness is not weak for you.
Should I not just take, then for you less two.
One for me, I hope is fine for most
I am here to see that as long as I coast
your labors don't go without reward
as, to me, your profits go toward.
Oh, don't worry, I will make it right
it's for you, I slip away into the night.
Author notes
4. One for me, two less for you.

Wow one of the first reads that come close to 10 lines...Presented with your trademark rhymes that just flow so smoothly from the page as does the lines flow with fluid motion...you paint well
Excellent take on the prompt.I cannot help but feel a tongue in cheek smile from those last lines...perhaps not enough blood-in the caffeine system.
