Now the count is one for you
and two for me,
let’s see who packs up
let’s see who gets free
I donate a billion
and I save it on taxes,
I sound kind of generous
while I avoid all the axes
Hero of the monetary note,
with so little to say,
nothing I can quote
Man of the moment
mathematical in mind,
lost is his exponent
Bleed what you know
cry out in shame,
you dance like the devil
and you pass out the blame
Bloom so very bright
the flower of death,
dancing in the sun
sucking on your crystal meth
Author notes
One for me. Two less for you.

Wonderful
Very well done. Best of luck in the contest.

Your introduction sets the atmosphere for this piece and you carry well with the flow as your words paint images unfortunately all too true at times.
Great take on the prompt. Good luck.
