a worrior
for all
the young
married couples
in this world
I stand
strong
under the glare
of disapproval
but i will not
fall

no matter
you still
stand
and glare
and wait
for us
to collapse
under
the extra pressure
you force on us
hoping
we will
break
and make
you right

seems to be
the work
of the devil
for you
the parents
to wish
failure
of your own

selfish reason
of never
being wrong

I think that you accidently spelled that wrong. I think you ment it to be "warrior" and not "worrior"...

I liked how you display so much self belief. You have to be strong to survive marriage which has its ups but its downs as well. It is so much harder when people you care about are not supportive. I'm sure your marriage will be successful. This is well-written and thoughtful.
