I am a preacher’s daughter. I was born in Tennessee and raised in Georgia. I was the oldest of three girls, and I hated it so much. I was the role model of my younger sisters, and I had to live in a good light. I got lost along the road of life, I grew up to fast. I got messed up in all sorts of sin. I left the truth of God that was taught to me my whole entire life.
I was sinking deeper in my sin and was more lost than ever. Then one day God came to me and pulled me out of my muck and mire. I found out that if I would put my faith in what Jesus Christ did at the Cross and the Finished Works of the Cross I would be saved; So I started putting my faith in Christ Jesus and my life has been turning around for the better every since. I am now living day by day and letting tomorrow worry about itself.
I hope one day I will write a book about my testimony in more details. I just don’t know if now, the time or the place is. God has delivered me from drugs, alcohol, false doctrine and much more. It would be a book in itself to tell all the details which God has saved me from. I have been writing poetry and not with my mind. I have been trying to write it with my soul, spirit, and heart. I believe if you will look deeper than just the words in my book you will see parts of my testimony come to life.
God has blessed me so much. I live every day for My Lord and Savior. I know I am not where I should be, but not where I once was. I know that the Lord is working on me each and every day I live. I owe it all to the one that died upon that Old rugged Cross and rose from the dead on the third day. I put my faith in Jesus Christ and the finished works of the Cross.
A website that is rich in love, http://www.jsm.org ; my church, though it is far away in distance from me it is as close as my finger tips. Through this ministry, God has shown me many things. The Truth of What Jesus did and why He did it for me. So if you need someone to pray with you or just need to know more about the Lord check them out. They have helped me so much. I thank God for them every day. I hope to be a light for Jesus and spread His word and His loving Grace. I pray that each and every one that read my book is blessed, I pray that the truth my find each of you. Thank you and God bless you one and all.

This is very touching. Thank God for allowing you to share this with me. He is so good to us. I am from Tn also and both my parents are preachers as well so i can really relate to what you are sayin here. We have to look at things sometimes and know that it is God's hands that's guiding me not my own. He called you to do a greater work believe that or he wouldn't have brought you out of what you were in. Continue on seeking him as you are and he'll give it to you. Overcoming is a long & difficult road but we can do all things through The Christ in us! Do write that book. I've got one in me too. I was going to enter this contest as well, but I'm pressed for time & trying to post slews of inspiration He's given me & now I'm late for
