Running away, afraid
The very sight of you terrifies me
Knowing you'll just betray me
Just like the rest
You're no different
Acting as sweet and caring as possible
All the while planning the ways you'll rip me apart
You bring my walls down
Exposing me with no defense
In order to give your words and actions
The ability to do the most damage

Hey I dont know if you actually still remember, but my names megan we use to talk a lot on here before. I came back on here and saw you wrote something so I figured I'd comment. This was very raw and it is something I can definetly relate to. I felt the same way not too long ago, but I hope all is well and again I loved the poem.

WOw hun.. I can relate to this.. You did a wonderful job in expressing your emotions
and hey.. that wall can only stay up for so long.. It should come down soemtimes.. You know.. get a breath of fresh air.. even if it can be painful to do it..

Sometimes the walls just need to come down..freedom can be refeshing but also painful at times..I know and understand!..good poem!! Thanks !
