A strong beating heart that was once so bold
it is now fluttering in confusion and seems so cold
the fustration inside is getting deeper
but i will never fear the reaper
i know the one above will always protect me with his love
i know that i am alive and and full of pride
the cards i will continue to hold
i will never fall down and fold
until it is my time to go.
