They dangle delicately
from fine stems
as my heart dangles for you
The name so perfect
a description for both
love and nature's wonders
I ache to be
in your arms
as the blossoms
long to be secure
not so exposed
embrace us or set us
free
Either way separated
from the source of nourishment;
the blooms once freed
whither on the ground
as my soul would whither
from lack of your affections
So as the flowers cling
precariously to the stems,
dancing in the wind
I try to hang on
for fear of loss
yet knowing the damage it does...
bleeding hearts

Beautiful just beautiful. I love the flow and the entwining of the flowers and emotions. Good luck.
