Okay, I used characters similar to these ones in a really short story we did in English.
Name: Atlantia
Gender: Female
Age: really old (not specific)
Type of dragon: water
Colour: blue and green
Personality: typically easy going, she prefers to read and watch the sea and stars. Very wise, and usually kind hearted. But not one to mess around with in a fight. She may be old, but that doesn't mean she's weak. Quite the opposite in fact. But she will only attack if provoked.
Name: Draco
Gender: Male
Age: mid twenties (in dragon years)
Type of dragon: lava
Colour: red and black
Personality: He likes to be the boss, and will do anything for power. He is usually greedy, and loves to fight. He is a keen strategist, and has won all the fights he has taken part in. Usually the one to start a battle, he has a fiery temper, and loves to hoard jewels.
