Dreams Of A Change

Staring at the shadows as they drift on the wall,
Listen for life's bell it rings as it calls
The end is close the eerie feeling drifts on
Trying to keep the faith cause we all gotta be strong,
Many are lost in the fight for life
So many are caught in deception and lies
The light at the end is so hard for some to see
But they fail to realize that they just need to believe
What we all need is a decent change
To love one another forget about the rage
There is so much love in all of us
All that we need to do now is trust
Trust that everything is going to be okay
And we are certain to make it each and everyday
Im here for you as you are there for me
Because we all need to become one family
We need to keep each other safe from harm
Forget about the war keep the peace and the calm
But it's time to wake up from a dream so unreal
So many hearts gone cold not willing to feel
Looking to the west for the setting of the sun
Another day in life's game has gone
I close my eyes and a tear streams down
