I look out my window
and see a chirping bird,
he spreads the gossip
"Haven't you heard?"
Thanks to that bird
I know all about you,
everything you said
and everything you do.
It's just a little bird
that loves to tell a tale,
each and every time
he thinks that he'll prevail.
The little bird told me,
you wouldn't believe, "Oh my!"
he said some awful things
that would make you cry.
The little bird always tells
what he shouldn't say,
Oh, how it pains me
to go out every day.
That bird is finally gone,
he suddenly flew away,
probably all upset
about what I had to say.
