It's been some time,
But now that I'm sitting down.
I realize it's been some time
Since I sat down.
Looking back I wonder
If we did all we could.
I know we had adventures
and even more fun.
Looking back I wonder
Were we ever really that young?
Now we are leaving,
Like birds from their nests.
We are flying away.
Never will we meet again.
I can't help,
But feel like a tear in the eye.
I can't help but sigh and cry.
And we move on.
Goodbye my friends
I wsih who well.
And with all the power left in me,
I bless you and know I will miss you.
