From behind a rock
I watched the stars
While the cool night air
swept over me.
They began to unite,
creating magnificent white light,
in the form of a peacock…
Was I dreaming?
I rubbed my eyes…
But the gleaming got brighter
Was this my wish
to be free mocking me,
in silestrial laughter?

Yes, that peacock does look starlike or like exploding fireworks. Very interesting take of a wishing star mocking your wish. Thank you for your celestial entry.
