Was the mound it came to light
Sat there empty no one in sight
Was then at once the shadow fell
Was upon the ground the shadow
As before it did, I saw
Was me I said
Was the master listened
To the ground your eyes must drift
Oh master there behold
Was the shadow of witch I told
Was the master said
Be quit here you must
For the angel will appear
Was with widened eye I looked
Was again the mound there empty
Was I that said but master there be
Was now again I could not finish
For the amber mist returned
Was then again silence came
Was the master fell on knee this time
Was me that followed the masters lead
Was to the mound our eyes did turn
Was an angel standing there
Was first the master spoke
Your message I await
Was then the thunder lowed
Was me I saw the sky a light
Was then the silence fell once more
Was the angel now did speak
I’ve come here to speak these words
The message I will tell
There’s a dragon here
Three heads upon his frame
Alive this dragon must remain
Was me now all in fear
Was the master in quit ponder
Was then the angel spoke again
If so this beast does parish
All the world is lost
Go thee forth protect it
Was the master spoke once more
Was a tear fell on his face
Then already I have failed
By my hand, my sword did kill
Was not as soon the master spoke
Was the thunder came again
Was the sky alight with steaks of red
Was the heavens all a flame
Was the angel there now was gone
Was me I saw the heavens door
Open wide with blinding light
Was the earth did shake with vengeance
Was me I saw
The world it was here no more
Was the gods that spoke aloud
Was the earth the gods had taken
It’s gone to the land of lore.

this is interesting, the way you say 'was' although I did think you may have done this too much, but I know you had a rhythm here that this played into, I enjoyed following the story.
