Heavenly creatures of habit
are nothing without the wings they're used to
throw them
into a world of change
and death by gravity of time
is their surest way
to lose, forever

nobody will ever realize
how similar claiming souls is
to sympathy
you can't hug somebody with stones
but you can soothe them
with the dull side
