Death By Illusion

Speak your soft vow upon the grave
Let in hatred, bleak red wave
Malice fills every hole in your heart
Slowly your vengeance becomes work of art.

Only a legend, cold words on a page
Nothin' to deserve these bitter tears
Separate fantasy, reality,
Death by illusion is not an option three.

Mislay yourself in old sweet dreams
The gentle embrace, split seams,
Dance to the tune of your memory
When the truth bites it sets your cruel pain free.

Only a legend, cold words on a page
Nothin' to deserve these bitter tears
Separate fantasy, reality,
Death by illusion is not an option three.

Now the bloodlust rises, controls
Broken power of the souls
Never to repay kindness with kind
Your love has fallen, shadows in the mind.

Author notes

Insane enough? It's for a book I'm writing where my main character ends up like Sephiroth and Kuja from Final Fantasy... sociopathic destruction of humanity
