perception's unblemished aura.

 

Alabaster tinctures,

fate's gift from the womb,

beguile in their angelic facsimile.

 

Breathless beauty blown by nature's breath

brings its scent in spellbound charms,

but its aroma summons a blend of reactions,

turning toxic as envy's stench

instead of fragrant as appreciation's incense.

 

Feathers of outer opulence

never a glimpse at the splendor within,

where words uttered

expose the echoes of majesty in the soul

or the pungent perfume of hate's ugly wind.

    Wow, first of all you had this entered 8! minutes after I posted the contest! (Sorry for the long wait in commenting)
    I like perception's unblemished aura in S1 flowing in purity. S2-heraldry deceptive in its appearance, hum a change in direction. S3- spellbinding in blown beauty there are repercussions rising from envy rather than appreciation. S4- the lesson, I like the splendor within and the power of words, their majesty or ugliness.
