Attentive eyes open wide to the world
Noticing little but the emotions around him
Drool dribbling its way down his cheek
Resting on his cotton soft clothing
Everyone fussing over his chubby cheeks
Irritated but loved, he giggles softly
Observing their lips as they move
Strange patterns repeating over and over

Noticing soft sounds touching his ears
Intently trying to make them into something
Carefully watching them to find out
If he can make out just what they're telling him
All he says is babble to their ears
Softly though, in his mind the words are there

This is a very different piece for you, but very wonderful, and very touching for any one who has ever been owned completely by a new baby, and they do own you I really like this piece. Thanks for your comments on picture of innocence, it was written for some one very close to me, and I kept it simple as she was only three and I wanted to depict that. THANKS

Babies are such majestic beings they make the whole world fill with light like no other jo other then love. and the name is wonderful i love the way it sounds as also the way it sounds Hawksong FalconDance. has a nice ring to it. Well done. baby's are jut so great its wonder some epople have abortions. abortions are wrong and this poem tells you why.
