We live in a society full of
Ambulance chasers and roadside car crashes
so violent, that the whole world stops to stare.
& These nicotine kisses lure me in
then spit me out with all their false
labels and dandelion lies.
So colour me broken,
tie me up with ribbons of
scarlet and gold,
make my greatest nightmare come true.
There's a different sparkle
in your eye tonight, and I wonder
if the damage is irreversible-
or if you're just enjoying it.
Enjoying the crimson flow
and the waver to my voice.

Wow. This is actually pretty damn amazing, I didn't know what to expect when I clicked it. But I like. A lot.

i love the line about ambulance chasers
-
this is brilliant

wow that was insanely good all the discriptions you had, even the theme of the entire poem, the whole thing was just REALLY good. I would point out my favorite part, but I think it'd have to be every stanza! well done and good luck!

Quite a lovely piece this is with descriptive, rich lines penned to bring out the theme about the beauty of love even though it seems to fall in naivety

Great, short write with words from the word bank to blend well with all what's written in this poem
